The Pathways Story
About
Welcome to Pathways Success Center. We are a program offered by the Livingston Parish Public School System for students ages 15-18, to help them obtain their Hiset Diploma and to learn job skills and/or credentials to have them "Job Ready" upon completion of the program. Pathways Success Center was founded in 2001 as "Option 3" and then became Pathways in 2012. Pathways Success Center services students in our school district who have generally been unsuccessful in the traditional school setting and offers them an option to learn essential job skills and obtain a Hiset Diploma.
Mission
The mission of the Pathways Success Center is to reengage over-aged and under-credited students in a non-traditional school setting.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide our students with an opportunity to obtain a high school equivalency diploma and gain employable skills that will enable them to become positive contributors to their communities.
